A pleasant surprise (and an unpleasant one)

Well, Blogspot seem to be working, but Youtube apparently is blocked! Or at least I can't open it from here.
It's something I don't quite understand: I mean, there's this, but still Blogspot becomes available, after having been blocked for months. And Youtube, that to the best of my knowledge has always been working properly here, suddenly becomes unavailable.
